We strongly recommend that all buyers and sellers sign all documents before a licensed notary to ensure legal protection for all parties.

- Notary appointment coordination
- Title transfer filings with RLMUA

Client Responsibilities
Clients engaging in property transactions in Rwanda are responsible for:
- Payment of transfer taxes as required by RRA
- Payment of notary fees as required by law
- Ensuring all personal documentation is valid
- Signing the intermediation agreement before any transaction begins
- Paying the agreed commission and honorarium to Realty Compass Ltd per contract terms
Privacy & Data Policy
Realty Compass Ltd collects contact and property information strictly for the purpose of facilitating property transactions and providing our services.
We collect:
- Name, phone number and email address
- Property details and transaction information
- Communication records
Your data is:
- Never sold to third parties
- Used only for transaction and service purposes
- Stored securely in our CRM system
- Available for deletion upon your request

Commission & Fees
Realty Compass Ltd charges a fixed commission and honorarium per contract as agreed with the client before any transaction begins.
All fees are:
- Clearly explained during initial consultation
- Documented in the intermediation agreement
- Fixed — no hidden fees or surprise charges
Clients are also responsible for government required transfer taxes and notary fees as set by RRA and local authorities.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from transactions facilitated by Realty Compass Ltd shall be resolved in accordance with Rwandan law.
